ABT (“we”) builds websites and AI tools for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Details you send us through our contact or connect forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you write in a message.
- Messages you send to the assistant chat on our site.
- Basic, anonymous usage stats (like page views) so we can see what is working. This does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and provide the services you ask for. That is it. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted services to run our business, and your information passes through them only as needed:
- Vercel, which hosts our website.
- Resend, which delivers form emails to us.
- Anthropic, which powers the assistant chat.
- Stripe, which processes any payments. We never see or store your card details.
Each of these has its own privacy practices. We share only what is necessary and nothing more.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and contact details as long as needed to work with you, and then only as long as is reasonable for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us and we will take care of it.
